NEW! MARCIA CROSS has given birth to two healthy girls. The Desperate Housewives actress became a mother to the fraternal twins on Tuesday, her spokesperson confirmed last night. 'Mother and babies are all doing well,' said rep, Heidi Slan. The girls, named Eden and Savannah, were born at a Los Angeles hospital and are Marcia and her husband Tom Mahoney's first children.
